Goodness, I wonder what went wrong for them.
I was watching the news a few weeks ago and a story came up about stores closing in the UK. They say the uncertainty around Brexit is hurting businesses, but also online shopping means people don't have to go into stores for goods any more, so they don't.

Wow, our Payless closed a while ago so I guess I won't be getting any liquidation sale prices!
