We went to Performance Poultry today and picked up our chicks and ducklings. First thing I want to say is that Jason's place is BEAUTIFUL and I really enjoyed being there. Second, PICTURES --- the three ducklings are buff orpington ducklings and the chicks are EE chicks.

You'll notice one of the chicks sleeping in the top of the food :) How sweet!

Buffs are very interesting ducks. Outgoing and bold personalities. I have a buff hen and a buff/khaki baby. They are by far the tamest of my ducks...and the hen is the LOUDEST! LOL

hahaha yeah. right now as babies ours are kind of terrified of us off and on LOL but the chickies go to sleep and the ducks make such a rackett partying it up in their half of the brooder (i have one of those long tote boxes divided in half with a piece of cardboard and they share the same heat lamp...)
