Almost Self-Reliant
Ok, tonight when I go home I am going to make plum Jelly-jam. My mother bought me a new water bath canner so I put it to good use. I will probably get around 12 pints. wish me luck.
Do you all know how hard it is to can by yourself?? I think it is, especially in the heat of the canning. Anyway, got up this am and checked the jelly-jam IT is fine. Even after my messing up the recipe. I cant ever follow a recipe ya know, always have to be messin with it LOL.
Wish I could share some of these plums with everyone. I am overflowing with them. Next, I make just canned plums. I have to use them or they go to waste.
