For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start....so for today, I have finished 2 bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already.

Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones, and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, got to sleep in peace---God is awake!

Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding.

To forgive is the highest and most beautiful form of love. In return you will receive untold peace and happiness.

He is the happiest, be he king or pheasant, who finds peace in his home.

Peace begins with a smile.

AND I SAY THAT ALL THE TIME---SMILE ya'll just smile!

Good thoughts! We waste too much time sweating the small stuff. It's nice to just stop and breathe sometimes.... Or do a bunny dance! :bun
