preserved orange blossoms

I've been reading a lot of old french recipes lately. I have a reprint of an eighteenth century french cookbook called "The Professed Cook." I keep seeing preserved orange blossoms and orange flower water listed as an ingredient. I was able to find the orange flower water online. But, so far no luck on the preserved orange blossoms. Does anyone know what these are or where I may find them?
