It is my understanding that one should avoid powdered milk because the commercial dehydration process oxidizes the cholesterol in the milk, yes?
Is there similar concern with dehydrated meat products? Is there less concern because the end product is bulkier (not powdered) therefore not all the fat is exposed to oxygen, or is there less concern because the dehydration process is different in some other way?
