But i wouldn't sit around one thats smoking and fuming so much as to make one sick.One wouldn't have that problem with dry, seasoned wood.If it were wet or green, it likely wouldn't burn very clean.I do outdoor fires for my tripod dutch oven cooking.Until i have a nice bed of ashes, i love sitting around the ole' camp fire.
