Rammy and Parkersburg WV

Hi Rammy. I thought I would start a thread on that topic, considering all of the Parkersburgers coming out of the woodwork.

Now, I am not from there, but the DH is. Most of his family still lives there. All of that general local area. I have been there 2 or 3 times.

It's a small world isn't it (?)

Yeah, no kidding! I was amazed to find others on here from my hometown.
Last time I was up there was for my grandmothers funeral. That was about maybe ten? Years ago?
My brother lived there til recently. He moved to Charleston to be closer to his job. My nephews still live in Vienna.
Did your DH go to the highschool? Never know, I might know him. Never went to any reunions. High school wasnt a pleasant experience.

DH graduated in 1976, from HS in Vincent OH. Warren HS. But he still has family there, and Parkersburg.

I was born in Parkersburg and live 20 mi. from there right now.

Holy cow. This is a small world. I have some freinds in Mineral Wells. Used to visit Ripley alot. Used to keep a horse I had in Belpre years ago before I moved here.

I had lots of family in Davy, Coalwood, Welch, Big Jenny WV when I was younger.
