That was adorable!! That little black goat is sure cute (and oh so naughty to buck around up there) and that sheep has the patience of a saint!

(Maybe the sheep feels like it is getting a massage?)

I saw on CL last night a pair of free goats!!!!!!! Do you know what it took for me to resist?!!! Free I'm glad I didn't read that you carried your goats home in your little car last night. Or I would be a goat owner today...I'm sure they are gone by now. BE RIGHT BACK everyone!!

I was thinking massage, too, when I saw the video! When I was a teen, our goat kids would launch themselves from the stairs to the loft onto my mostly-white pinto mare, leaving little muddy footprints all over her. Heaven forbid she try to lay down for a nice afternoon nap in the sun!

I saw the licking video. I don't think he actually touches the wire, or it is not on. It looks like a buck. My buck does that with his tongue to woo the does, and if he touches the wire, there is quite a reaction! BAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!! So I don't think that goat ever actually touches the wire. I think the person video-ing is clueless. It is amusing, though, if you've never seen a buck sweet-talking does.

Or its a really messed up goat. We had trouble keeping Micket in at first because he kept rubbing his back on the electric wire, even though it was on and would give a shock. He really seemed to enjoy it, until we upped the voltage.
