Same here Miss_thenorth. We do roasted chicken with spicey rice and veggies, then Chicken Curry with rice, and usually Kevin will take a chicken sandwich for school lunch for a few days.
Wow, you could get a WHOLE LOT of meals out of that. Doesn't have to be a ton of meat in a meal. Things that make good use of a small amount of meat include casseroles, stirfries, potpies, salads (green or pasta), pasta dishes, burritos.tortoise said:What would you do with:
