Too sweet for me too, but I wanted it for my daughter to drink, she handles sweet better than me. I thought through the fermentation process, the sweet would kinda go away, and it did, but waiting for the sweetness to go away ruined the drink.

So I think next time (I'm not giving up, that taste was really nice before it went bad) I will use a bit less sugar. I thought that if it still tasted sweet it wasn't ready...well, I learned from my mistake. Three days is the max on fermenting this drink.
