I hope my occasional work with horses qualifies me as a rural worker....the only thing left is slow and delicious....I'm not slow, but maybe I'm delicious!
I was pretty convinced that the swine flu vaccine was going to result in a far worse virus, but it hasnt happened yet and I thought it would have. Doesn't mean it won't, I just thought they would make it happen during the hysteria. There has been speculation that the virus was not as potent as they thought it would be when they created it. *shrug*
Maybe they just wanted the billions of dollars, and the added bonus that vaccines can cause pretty severe medical issues long term. Win- win for Big Pharma.
My mom got the shot because she was high risk and her boss asked her to (she works as an admin in a hospital, far away from patients). The very same week her step son got very ill with Swine flu. They put him on tamiflu, which is supposed to do nothing for swine flu, so, ??? Regardless of the tamiflu tidbit, he did get very sick, and her boyfriend as well came down with a bad flu. I saw her right after she got the shot and when she told me she had got it I was pretty pissed. I had informed her about the vaccine and she had admitted theres something weird going on, but because her boss asked her to, she did it. *sigh*
Before this happened I had been reading an article about how the weakened virus in the vaccine would shed more dangerous versions of the virus. And then that happened. And I have had friends say the same thing, someone in their family got the shot and the rest got sick. Coincedence, maybe. But probably not.
Also- A coworkers uncle got the shot and is now paralyzed from the legs down. He was told it was not necessarily from the injection so they did not report it.
