I dehydrated some watermelon but my son ate it so quick I probably won't be doing that again.

I tried watermelon too-- it took forever for all the liquid to evaporate. I think that's one food I'll just wait for it's natural season to enjoy...

Yes it took soooo long and then last a good 5 minutes before DS gobbled it up. Actually he ate it as he emptied the dehydrator.
