Veterans Day

To all out there that are VETERANS, Thank you for your Service.
As for me every day is Veterans Day for what you all have done .

Yep. People don't realize that when a person signs that dotted line, they are offering up their LIFE for their country; even if no war happens while they are serving.

Dad's side of the family it's tradition for the guys to join the Army. Grandpa was in Korea. Dad and his 2 brothers were in Vietnam. Both my brothers went in. I was first girl and was Navy. Female 1st cousin that side went in Airforce. Male 1st cousin went Army. Double 1st cousin also went in Navy. One of mom's brothers was Navy. Grandpa on mom's side was army in WW2.

Hubby retired from Navy. He has a 2nd cousin his age that also went in but that's it on military service he knows of.
