Hello again everyone. I am Barb and live in north east Pa. I am in my 60's and keep chickens, some pheasants and ducks, have flower gardens, a greenhouse, a few pets and a hubby....I like to preserve food in many ways. I sell chicken eggs by delivering to peoples houses like the old "milkman". I love to preserve things from the past....

What kind of pheasants do you have - and do you eat them, breed them, sell them...?

@frustratedearthmother I have silvers, yellow golden, red golden, lady amhurst, blue earred pheasants. and no ring necks.....do you keep pheasant? I hatch them when it is laying time and usually sell most of them after I hold back what I want...
