Website timezone?

Nifty - I know when I log in, I can set my time zone preference for my account. No issue.

I do visit without logging in when I am away from home. What is the default timezone for anonymous users? I will look on the recent posts page, and the timestamps are completely different (almost non-US). Just curious.

It should be Eastern Standard Time (server is on the East Coast), but it looks like it's 3 hours ahead of even that... interesting.
