What Spartacus Picked Out For His Birthday Gift

On Friday, Spartacus and I went to the local feed store to have him pick out his new birthday toy. Here is what he chose.

It is a Hedgehog. I wanted him to get a nice purple Octapus. But he likes Hedgehogs for some reason. He likes furry things that make nice noises when you squeeze them. The new Hedgehog makes a very loud "honking" sound when you squeeze his middle, and he has smaller "squeekers" in his feet.

About three years ago I got him a smaller Hedgehog. Here he is with both of them.

He loves his new Hedgehog!!

I don't think he is "spoiled"... he is very obedient. So, to us he just knows he is LOVED!!

At least he's predictable, and so darn sweet looking.

(I get a little scared around large dogs, so in real life he'd probably scare me)

What a good boy. My "neice" Tai, has the same hedgehog as "new" hedgehog. She's very good to her toys also, she also knows them by name. She has a couple that had to get bandaged up because my old rascal of a dog does not take good care of other dogs toys.

Seems like he had a great birthday!
