Wonderful Baked Garlic Fish
Lay cleaned fish in oven-proof dish that has been lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil.
For each piece of fish, surround with 2 to 4 cloves garlic chopped into large pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, 1/8 c vegetable broth or white wine, salt and pepper.
Place in 325F oven, basting occasionally, until done. Serve hot with small boiled new potatoes and sprigs of fresh parsley and additional lemon slices, if desired.
