Apparently non-fat yogurt, mayo made with soy oil, premade mustard and highly processed boullion cubes count as REAL FOOD.
That was a good laugh.

LOL, the sad thing is to lots of folks who eat mostly packaged foods, fast food, etc...that is real food. It does involve a recipe ya know.
