I was desparate for a sweet treat. I mixed 1 part REAL peanut butter with 2 parts cream. With a little patience, it mixes up like peanut butter soft serve. It was already really sweet from the peanuts, but I added a little bit of local honey.

I did 2 T peanut butter, 4 T cream, 1/2 t honey and it was sweeter than I needed.

I REALLY wanted to freeze it, but, like I said, I was desparate. :gig

I poured in a bunch of unsalted dry roasted peanuts and mixed them in. Yum! It's practically pure fat, but my mind interprets it as sugar!

Warning: The following is mindless rambling and brainstorming inspired by the best flavor I've had all week.

mmm.... that would be awesome apple dip.

peanut-apple-chicken-celery-shredded carrot salad...

"peanut slaw" like coleslaw, except sweet. Shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, finely chopped peanuts in the peanut cream sauce (no honey) with crushed red pepper kick. Mmm! Spaghetti squash could go in this too.

All that fat was crazy-filling and even though I want some more for continued flavor-inspiration, I'm FULL!

Here too, Auntie LOL!! Luckily, I'm the only one who eats. At all, really. LOL.

Last night I melted some chocolate (88% organic dark) and mixed it with coconut butter (so hot it was already melted) and some peanut butter (also organic, ground it myself at the local store). That was my snack :D
