Red beans and rice with andouille sausage

brunch today was something like lasagna but made with elbow macaroni and swiss cheese was put on top. garlic bread. cole slaw. peanut butter pie.

dinner was a few pieces of garlic bread, some orange wedges, a piece of chocolate and a few peanuts.

i will be very happy to have leftovers for breakfast.

Cool all weekend, with rains -- so damp & cool 🥴 brrr.

I'm cooking a pork belly later. Sides? Depends on how I feel when time arrives. ☺️

Made the wife some blackberry peach cobbler (home canned peaches, frozen blackberries). I had a small taste. I still got it..
