    Yeah... cold isn't fun. I know some people like it, but not me. We had to buy a new heater for the goose waterer. And the heated water bucket i bought for then LAST YEAR is already broke! Insane!

    Here, we are NOT allowed to do that. You have to call the troopers, and then THEY start calling the people on the road kill list... the first one to answer the phone gets to run out and grab the moose. (Here only a very few places have deer.... so it is mostly moose kills. ) Actually...

    A far enough north person.... that I don't think I should be seeing green grass!!! Up here many lights go up in October, and stay up all winter. The entire ANYTHING TO COMBAT THE DARKNESS!!

    It was right over my head, very nice! Looked like aliens had punched a hole through the sky...or a giant butthole, take your pick. I couldn't get a good photo of that... but from that center spot it went out rainbow like in 2 directions, one right over the church.
