Canning Cheese Sauce?

Everything I've read says it's not safe to can at home. And then I find recipes for canning cheese sauces that are commercially made. (They buy bulk and then re-can it into smaller jars.)

I'm not willing to try. I'll have to freeze the sauce.

I wonder if you could dehydrate it and then rehydrate it for later use? That's what the Kraft mac & cheese packets always were. :hu

It looks like cheese wiz in the jar.I put in the microwave and melt enough to pour.
