I have a big beautiful patch of chickweed. I snack on it when I’m outside. This patch is where the horses, dogs and sheep can’t get to it, so I know there hasn’t been any dirty feet tromping on it, or worse. LOL I picked some, DH tried it and liked it, so I picked more and made us salads. I crumbled up dehydrated tomatoes and DH put in just a little lettuce. A splash of raspberry vinaigrette and time to eat! It was delicious. I’m making tacos tonight and going to use chickweed on them.
