do I throw it out, tart cherry juice, ?

well, I didn't realize it had to be stored in the refrigerator before it was even opened,

this organic tart cherry juice was found in my cabinet, plastic looking jug was bulging,

is it just changing into wine or vinegar, or should I toss because it may be some sort of poison?

Won't hurt to give it the sniff test!
My DS accidentally made hard lemonade for me by putting a bottle of homemade lemonade in the cabinet instead of the fridge. It was very tasty.
