Homemade Easter Treats

Is anyone making homemade easter treats for their Easter Baskets. If so what are you making?

I always make hot cross buns, but am wondering whether I will this year. Neither of us need the extra calories/carbs. But maybe I'll make a half recipe.

Yeah, what do you put in the baskets for preschoolers if you are trying to cut out candy??

We made cadbury cream eggs; peanut butter eggs; coconut eggs and caramel truffels. I usually also make chocolate eggs with raspberry truffel filling in blown colored egg shells but we did not want to make those this year. I use the peanut butter and coconut for candies throughout the year.
