Moon, as soon as I make mine, I will post.       The video I watched was from "DoingItCheap", a real character, LOL.  BUT while the process was there, he was the type of cook who just added by sight/taste.   That's fine, I do also.   Now, my thought on adding by taste with an alcoholic drink may lead to not knowing what you did after enough tasting.
The bottle size was 750ml, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, coffee, was pretty much stable, THEN chocolate syrup & vanilla extract was, lol, iffy....just adding. So, I hope to be a little more precise with those items. Then use whiskey to fill the bottle and I'm ok with that part. There could be some individual taste preference for each person -- that's fine. I'd like to come pretty close to the actual Baileys.
Maybe Icertuche has a more "defined" recipe. I'm a willing "tester"
