Good thing you get to use uniforms. If you had to buy designer stuff to handle the peer pressure it would kill you. I know the feeling though. Fortunately we live in a small town and there aren't a lot of well to do kids in the school. So it's all Target and Wall mart fashions.
If your kids don't tear up their toys you can sell them on Craigslist in lots. We bought our kids toys that way last year. It was a lot cheaper and it saved all the packaging the new toys have. The kids had no problem at all with it.
