What's for dinner?

No dinner tonight for me. I have class till 9 and after that I'm too tired to cook and will not get a burger. to all of ya'll's yummy sounding dinners.

Hubby is cooking tonight, so we're having burgers, mac n cheese, a salad and some sliced tomatoes. If I ever get my butt up from the computer, there will be banana bread for after dinner.

Chicken minestrone went into the slow cooker this morning. I can't wait to eat!!

Venison roast, potatoes and carrots are in the crock pot. Probably a green salad too.

DD wants to help make meatloaf, so meatloaf, mashed spicy sweet potatoes, broc/cauliflower with homemade cheese sauce and probably a side salad. mmmm

How do you make spicy sweet potatoes? Mine are usually mashed with cream and butter--what spices do you use?
