Winter scenes in the log cabin....the sun finally makes it over the mountain this morning. Our old barrel stove, crankin' out the heat.

I love the steam coming out of the tea kettle there, @Beekissed !! I especially like that first picture, with the sun hinted at but not quite there. Very nice picture! Isn't it great to watch the world come alive ??

Yes! Exactly that! Watching the sun come over the mountain, then it hits the snow and a million diamonds sparkle, tree shadows stretch dark blue fingers across the land and every tiny branch is lit up from behind like a winter fairy land.
