Very interesting. Of course, the extra calories in full-fat dairy still need to be burned off instead of feeding fat cells.
Full fat has another advantage though- it keeps you from feeling hunger pangs for a longer period. Some studies have found that the people that "graze"- several smaller meals- may actually be consuming more total calories per day than people that limit themselves to 2-3 larger meals.

The thing that stands out in the article is in the 70's the avg. milk consumption was 30 gals / person and now its 18 gals /person. By 2020 nut milks sales will grow by 50 %. We have so many choices when we go to grocery store how many people really understand what they are purchasing ?
