Oh dear I haven't looked at the forecast, I guess I'd better do that! I'm hoping our weather looks better than that!

My daughter is in the 95th percentile. Both are actually, I have big kids!

That is awesome your girls are in a high percentile. My little girl was born in the 5th percentile. Now she isn’t even in the 1st percentile. This is what our weather looks like for the next week. Brrr!

Hi Carla!

I'm in WI too, actually not that far from you. When I was a kid my parents would take us kids to the Tom Thumb in Ellsworth every few years for gigantic hand-scooped ice cream cones. :D

I'm also disabled, chronic illnesses. Super fun, huh?! :p My sons are 3 and 11 years old. 11 year old is homeschooled.

My personal goal is to change up our frozen pizza diet to more meat, milk, eggs, cheese that we raise on our own.

:love I'm working toward depending on grocery stores less every year. I will be interested in your progress!

There’s a lot of things I miss in this little town. Tom Tumb, Tip Top Shop, schultz’s Grocery, and the two mom and pop pharmacies. We will soon be without a pharmacy. Are you still in the area. I’ve been considering homeschooling my daughter as well. I may pick your brain about that someday.

WI is a good state for homeschooling! There are so many homeschoolers in west central WI! WI also has great public virtual charter schools - if you don't feel up to teaching but don't want to put her in bricks-an-mortar public school. Menomonie is halfway between us, if you ever want to meet up that would be a good place! I've heard they have a very good natural food store, and there's ALDI, so I've been planning to wander down to Menomonie for grocery shopping sometime. Eh, maybe when it's not -20 degrees. I've been spoiled by the mild start to winter!
