Has anyone ordered from Annie's Heirloom Seeds, Seed Savers Exchange, or Stark Brothers? Are they any good?

How fast is Baker Creek shipping?

No info from me. CC has done Baker Creek.

By far, my favorite company is Fedco Seeds. They have excellent product, excellent prices, good germination, good shipment times, carry a lot of OP seeds, and most important to me: will not do business with Monsanto, and are heavily vested in OSSI.

I love Baker Creek and have ordered from them for years. They are partly responsible for my overstock of seeds. LOL How can I resist all those fabulous varieties?

Victory Seeds for heirlooms is my favorite ---> https://www.victoryseeds.com love those guys at Victory.

I didn't like Baker Creek much, especially their onion seeds - which less than a 20% germination rate which is horrible. Johnnys has the germination rate on each packet of their onion seeds, BC didn't have any germination rate.

Also be careful you read the entire BC page on the seeds and quantity. I ordered cauliflower seeds, opened the package and I'm like where are all the seeds? Then I went back out to their WS and sure enough (qty 50 seeds). That was bad and the germination rate for those 50 seeds was pretty bad on top of it. So I have way less cauliflower seedlings than I wanted :(

But I can close on a positive note... The rest of BC seeds i sowed seemed fine and BC has no tax (big plus for me) plus free shipping.

Currently using Fedco and am satisfied with the germination rates of all their seeds, as well as the pricing. The shipping is high, though, considering it's just a flat envelope with seed packets in it.

They don't have the massive variety of some catalogs, so sometimes I have to order at another place or source seeds off a store seed rack to get some of the things I want.

If you order $30.00 worth of seeds from Fedco, the shipping is free. That's a LOT OF SEEDS. But, I do try to do a $30 order, knowing that I will do ok b/c some of the seeds ordered have a long shelf life, especially if put in cold storage.
