Found out my city is going to cut a lot of programs this upcoming fiscal year, currently to include shutting down our recycling programs "indefinitely" preparing for an onslaught of garbage ahoy everywhere. This sucks as I just finally got almost everyone in the household to understand what's recyclable and what's not. Anyone else seeing a lot of programs getting cut "due" to coronavirus?
I understand shutting down libraries, museums, theaters etc where a large population may gather but am annoyed by the recycling thing. Theres enough trash out there, doesnt need to be more
