Well... starting to slowly... there were slushy spots on Sunday, but now it has firmed back up, so now a few spots are icy.
It should be mostly gone in a month.

The only nice? thing about all that snow still there, besides that it is normal for you I guess, is that the sun is out and it looks NICE out???? not dreary and drab.... The sun at least looks pleasant if you know what I mean. And you do know that it will be coming to an end. We are warmer than normal right now, and we will get some colder weather and maybe even another couple frosts here... but the sun is "cheery" so it helps to not be a negative even if we get the frost.

Definitely nice and sunny.
I can no longer sleep until 9, even when I want to....
I am starting to wake up at 6...
Sun is so shiny and bright, it is always finding a way past my blackout curtains.

Snow in small doses does make it more pleasant!!
I have heard reports that Sandhill cranes have been spotted!
The tidal marshes are free of most snow, and that is where they are feeding.

Is the snow in last picture piles along your driveway? You can see it's much less deep by the small trees....looks like some stuff wanting to be out from under.

Yep, that is a snow berm on the side of the driveway
And because the Sandhill cranes have been seen...
Spring is now official, even with all of that snow!
