Just wanted to add in a little info on the baking stuff... smidgen etc.... Actually a dash is 1/8th tsp, a pinch is 1/16th tsp, and a smidgen is 1/32nd tsp. It was pretty much determined years ago and there are actually little tiny measuring spoons for them. I got a set for the fun of it, and it does help a bit with old recipes to not "overdo " the addition of stuff as it was only to add things like a flavoring. Plus, they were very careful with things because of cost and availability. Another measure was a "salt spoon" is 1/4th tsp, as is "a tad"; and a drop is about equal to 1/64th . I think you can buy them on Amazon. But it does make it easier to use old recipe books and family heirloom recipes. Plus it is fun to just have the set.

On a side note,, I asked my son what kind of goats he had and it is Alpine and Kinder, he uses them to keep the brush down.
I think I will have to go with a milk goat. I think,, I really dont need to experiment with even a small breed cow and risk me or a grandkid getting knocked on accident,, my sons 4 boys,,, Oy-vey! 11,8.6.3 hahahaha

Hmm. None of those measurings seem like nearly enough for biscotti, but very fun info!

Ok- do you frost your bunts?

I frosted my butt this morning taking DS6 to school. -17. I can determine the temperature by sitting on my car's seat. -10 = rather firm -15 = very little squish at all. -20 seat is rock hard.

My truck has heated seats!! I love it....and it doesn't even get that cold here. 😁
