Picture Of The Week (POW) Information & Submissions

Chicken tractor is finished. The frame is 2” PVC well casing. A friend was cleaning out his barn and I gladly took all the PVC he had. I put a gate on the end, it’s on the right in this picture. Half the top raises up, the other half is firmly wired down.

Dandelion the tiny triplet ewe. Had to pull her from mom, her bigger brothers were pushing her away and not letting her eat.

She's 3/4 silkie and 1/4 cochin. If she didn't have a black head she'd be perfect for future breeding because of her nice lacing. I'll still use her because too many have the black heads anyway. Some offspring of hers will have a red head and be perfect.

Triplets! 1 ewe lamb, 2 ram lambs. Lucy is an excellent mom and is raising all 3.

Thanks! Lucy is a good mom and raising her triplets. I had to supplement the tiny little ewe lamb for about a week, then she refused the bottle. All are doing fine now.
