be extra careful, 2013 DH was tie-ing off his safety rope, the tar paper ripped loose and he fell flat on his back off the roof, brain bleed, 3 broken ribs the bones that come off your spine? wings? L4, L5 wings and back broke at L4/L5, , pelvis broke on both sides in 3 places- has 7in screws holding it together

YA! ambulance from sequim bay rd, to port angles, hilo to harborview---
9 days we were in Harborview,,,, surgeon told him,,, wow and you lived,,, you should be dead

I’m very careful. I keep a text buddy, make contact every hour, so if I don’t answer her text or call she knows to come looking. I’m all about safety.

I got a lot done this morning. 2roll outs of radiant heat barrier and 4 rows of 2x4s. Done for the day. Hot. Drinking water, I take regular breaks and drink lots of water and lemonade. I’ll be back at it in the morning, hope I can reach the top and be finished.

Good Morning all! Okay, okay I'm being lazy at night by not setting up the coffee pot for the next morning but I am trying to only drink 2 cups per day and drinking more water plus cutting down how much food I consume during the day. The hard part for me is the sweets (cupcakes, snack cakes, potato chips). Yes, I admit it's nice to splurge sometimes but my sometimes turn into everyday (sometimes 2-3 times per day) which isn't good. Am I going to have an easy time of losing some of this belly fat NOPE but I'm goin to give it a try along with trying to lose my backside (it's my family curse that the women have big bums LoL). What I need to do is start taking a dog for a walk in the AM once it gets light out and I really don't have an excuse not to do it except for right now seeing how i had to stop taking my allergy med until after July 13 when I go see the allergy specialist.
@baymule You are more gutsy than what I am seeing how it wouldn't matter to me how much my roof needed replacing I wouldn't get on it. I am very skeptical about heights. If I have a firm wide space (balcony) to plant my feet on it's a little iffy but I can handle it.
Time to go put FH lunch together.

Early up here. Lots going on...need to go get an oil pan gasket for truck, before I leave for work. Chores before that. So I'll be heading out the door in just a few minutes.

On my second cup of coffee. Was up at 3:30. I’d rather get more sleep, but I got roof brain and wake up way too early!
@Country homesteader the only way to lose weight is to increase exercise to burn off calories and reduce calorie intake. Easier said than done. Reduce carbs,especially sugars, excess carbs turn to sugars and are stored as fat. Naturally carbs are all the yummy stuff.

Good Morning, up at 4am I will need a nap by 11 I am sure,
but, I did finally get all of the rugs picked up and I swiffered the floors while I was waiting on the coffee, it is just barely light now at 4:53,, sadly we are on the downhill slide to our dark winter.
So, I am washing the dogs bed covers and all the rugs, then mopping.
I do want to go out to walmart, its 40min away, maybe after lunch.

its 48 out and we will be 75 to 80 by 4pm,,,,,,
