Reminded me of a massive Herford bull my brother in law had. Bull would be lent out to stud, would get loaded up on the cattle trailer and driven to his "dates". When it was time for butchering after years of service, and they were loading him up, he nearly busted the gate down trying to get on the trailer.

I would use Dr. Bronner's EucalyptusIs bathing a goat even a thing? what kind of soap would one use, would a goat even allow you to hose it down

Bathe a goat? Yep, with goat soap 
Show goats are bathed a lot. And while goats don't "like" rain, they can tolerate a bath. You just have to be courteous when hosing them. They learn to like it and remain calm -- tied!!! Cold water is not advised.
