OH MY GOSH!!! I'm a new elderberry person. I picked up some at an estate sale. It "expired" about a year ago. I thought it was a preventative, and not a cure. But others elsewhere said NO!! TAKE IT NOW!!

I shoulda followed my intuition. I'll get son off of it. Hubs doesn't have anything yet, so he can take a small bit every day.

Thank you soooo much for sharing all your knowledge with me!! All of you!!

@murphysranch ... I grow elderberry here on farm and it's all over this area, wild. :idunno I freeze, can, dehydrate. This yr I'm going to make gummies :drool. I also have comfrey & plantain available. Got arnica seed this year...will see how that works out.

But because of your estate sales, I became involved with an online auction outfit o_O😁 I prefer in person but this has been interesting. No foods & some things are categorized, i.e. vehicles, jewelry, misc, etc. BUT couple good things on there -- and fun to see the bids change as time was closing. Cost me more than playing solitaire . But I did buy some tires/rims for my flatbed trailer at a reasonable amount. Picking them up tomorrow morning....😁 and an older, big floor jack, 4 oil lamps for cheap. Those are just "in case" items. More light than a candle 👍.
