Yep...better bland than nothing I guess, lol.
What does it say when you wake up just as tired, or more, as you were when you went to bed?
Poor DH is as weak as a kitten. It's like having a 2yo - but worse, lol. I have to get him up from a chair. He can barely totter around even with his walker. The stomach upset yesterday has him totally drained and it's not over yet.
Bedtime last night and morning routine:
1. get him out of his recliner at 10:30p
2. totter to the stairs
3. get behind him going up the stairs
4. remind him not to talk with his hands while going up the stairs because he needs to hold on to the rails with both hands!
5. get him to the bed
6. get CPap set up
7. go downstairs, get walker and bring it upstairs
8. go downstairs and get phones, water, and snacks in case of a hypoglycemic episode
9. go downstairs and try to relax with a glass of red
10. go back upstairs because he needs to go to the bathroom
11. totter to bathroom
12. wait
13. totter back to bed
14. get CPap hooked up again
15. go back downstairs and try to finish glass of red
16. text from him asking to bring him some gum (in bed?)
17. back downstairs and load dishwasher
18. get text from him asking where the tv remote is
19. go upstairs and find remote
20. Get horizontal finally @ 12:30
21. 1am - he needs to go to the bathroom
22. get walker and get him out of bed
23. get him to bathroom
24. wait
25. totter back to bed
26. low blood sugar alert at 4:30
27. feed juice and a power bar
28. try to sleep
29. 6:30 - he has to go to the bathroom
30. step in gum that has mysteriously made it from his mouth onto the carpet
31. cuss!
32. get him back to bed by 7a
33. give up, come downstairs and hope I have enough coffee to get through the day
No wonder I'm tired...
Gotta get outside and feed the critters then go pick up grain and groceries.
Happy Friday, ya'll!
