Good morning. Saturday mornings are for coffee, cats, and contemplation. Been up for over 2 hours (wide awake at 5:30).

Wet out. Rained all night. Spotty between mist & drizzle now....for rest of day. Windy, increasingly so. Yeah, inside day!!

FB cooking breakfast for the week, told me she used up all the turkey eggs making french toast. I said that's fine, a guy can only have but so many 1 egg omelets. I tried two pieces of her french toast, it's the best she's even made 
A turkey egg is about 2 chicken eggs and a lot more flavorful.
Turkey hens started sitting on clutches last week and I want to believe the last of hard freezes are over so no more turkey eggs to eat.

Coffee is ready, woke up at 3:00. I hate it when I do that. Have unloaded dishwasher and started load of laundry. Lots of dirty socks….. might have something to do with leaky rubber boots that have cracks and holes in them and lots of rain and mud. Might. Maybe. Second winter with them and at nearly a hundred bucks, dang it, I want my moneys worth.
