chili last night and for breakfast today (cold even - it doesn't bother me ).

i haven't figured out what dinner might be tonight but it may be a salad since Mom is making homemade Thousand Island dressing.

Last of the smoked beef short ribs for lunch. I really found a combo that hubby likes on them. It was a lot of garlic powder and pepper

Steak fajitas with sliced up leftover grilled ribeye.

Store had pork butt for $0.99/#. Husband wants to smoke it. He says it will take 8-12 hours. Guess I better hurry up and prep it if I don’t want to be eating super late.

Always takes me 12-14 hours. It's days worth of food, though
