I prefer them as kimchi. The chunks get very lightly carbonated from the fermentation. I have some issues with radishes now only a few methods lets me eat them. Ive always loved radishes

Kimchi is a splurge for me, when I want to treat myself. Love it I've read it's 'easy' to make.

i like the sprouts more than i like the radishes, except pickled radish i do like more and then i also like pickled ginger.

simple vegetable soup from the freezer. no beef in this batch. still good. i added some crackers and peanut butter (not in the soup, but ate at the same time) for more fat energy and protein.

I love spicy foods, but this was too spicy even for me. I would use half the red pepper next time.
