First batch of pears cooling.

4.5 more pints of the apricot-pineapple. Apricot butter is now cooking down

8.5 pints of apricot-pineapple jam. Need to make some apricot butter next. Might be less of that if hubby wants more jam.

Same process as acv, just a different flavor. I put sugar in mine so it gets higher alcohol level and high acidity, but it's not...
