    How long can I keep yeast?

    I work for a wholesale grocery distributor and dates are something I check often. Most yeast such as Fleishmans is good for two years on the shelf. John

    North Carolina anyone ?

    I trap mainly problem animals-beaver,yotes and coons. I do catch a lot of bobcats and possums that I sell also. SC, we do mainly beaver and cant keep the otters out of our traps.

    Was born and raised in Maine for 40 years before I relocated to NC. Weather is way better and I am closer to my trapping grounds in SC. Now that I am going to trap in the west, guess I will be in for a long drive.

    Coyotes are here!

    Coyotes in NC are not protected. You can hunt coyotes year round in NC and trap them for 4 months(Nov-Feb). The only protected furbearer in NC is the coons and foxes in different counties. Coons should be open to trapping this coming season(2009) if we have our way with the state...
