    Every farm house I drive by with the tree rows placed "just so" makes me smile at the practical wisdom in the Almanac that was used for generations . And the younger generation think it was just an ugly landscaping choice - ha !

    And the taste difference is WAY more pronounced over the years. All the methods used to store / spray / GMO if i LOOKS fantastic in the store it's probably plastic ... or simply has 1/4 of the taste it should have :) Thats probably my no 1 reason simply tastes much better ...

    Here it is today , the floor is still amazing and we do love the house. We can see again with the new windows (that are pretty much the exact same as the old ones but made better - I learned the hard way). I made the kitchen table in my wood shop btw :)
