I'm looking for pickling recipes that do not use sugar. I can't very much sugar so I avoid it all together. Is there any recipe for pickling that doesn't require using sugar? I'm wanting to pickle some of my peppers and garlic and I would like to have some of it too! :) Thanks!

This is only the second time of me dehydrating but I'm dehydrating all of our green chilies, cayenne & jalapeo peppers, left over from our first crop. They were starting to shrivel so I figured the best thing to do was dehydrate them.
