    Anxiety?

You guys are all being so helpful and for that I am truly grateful. I will definately be going off the buspar and weaning myself off of paxil. I have peaches and pears to can up, so I will be doing that without sugar. I know I have alot to learn about cooking nutritional meals. Hopefully I will...

    Anxiety?

I was just wondering when "eating real food" what your daily menu consists of. I thought that I was eating better but when I really was made to stop and think I guess I'm not. :/ What do you all use to replace sugar when baking? We do have raw cow's milk (I don't drink much milk though) and I...

    Anxiety?

First off I want to thank everyone who read and responded to my post. I since went for my doctor's visit. He took blood tests and they all came back within normal ranges. His plan now is to take me off of the buspar and replace it with clonazepam as needed. I'm supposed to continue with the...

    Anxiety?

Does anyone else suffer from this? I've been on meds (paxil) for years and later it is getting more frequent. It seems like these attacks can come on so easy. If I get excited about something, or just thinking about winter coming, when I have a bad dream, or just getting anxious about things not...

    Foodies - explain please?

I also thought that powdered milk was dehydrated milk. I was making yogurt (recipe from BYC Site) thinking it was really good for us, but the recipe calls for dry milk. I really like making my own. Is there an alternative? Man, everyone here is so knowledgeable! I am learning so much...

    Stevia............Where?? How??? And when???

I'd like to know more about using Stevia also. Two years ago I bought a pack of seeds. Planted them all in our portable greenhouse and ended up with three plants. :weee I also ordered a plant from a seed catalog. They all did great. When it started getting colder out I dried the leaves, crushed...
