Thinking I'll have stuffed peppers from freezer. Before long it'll be time to prepare another batch for winter 2025. Still several in there to eat up.

Leftovers last nite. I thawed a monster chicken breast from '22. Need to find a casserole recipe for it.

Something with shrimp....had 2 bags lounging in freezer. A 1# bag will give me a couple nice meals. Haven't had seafood in a while. May just be steamed & buttered.

we had pizza for lunch and i'm not sure what we'll do for dinner, but i'd be ok with some warmed up frozen veggies with a bit of butter on them.

My menu changed up. Using up half a cabbage, adding chorizo sausage....shrimp can be later in week. Frig & freezer diving

I went into my deep pantry and emerged with 6 items. Some home canned and others old stuff needing to be used up.
Voila! Sausage pasta casserole. Its too hot to heat up the regular oven, so I'll fit my casserole pan in my large toaster type oven.
